TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis on receipt of full payment. We regret that no refunds will be given. 

2. Amendments to bookings may be made up to 28 days prior to the date of the class. If you find you are unable to attend a class less than 28 days before the date of the class, you are welcome to send someone else in your place. These rules apply equally to gift voucher bookings.

3. Where you are unable to attend a class due to adverse weather conditions, illness or other personal circumstances, our booking and cancellation policy will still apply, however at our sole discretion we will offer alternative dates for a replacement class at short notice (Late Availability Scheme).  We cannot guarantee that alternative dates offered will be for the same class or even for the same day of the week.  

4. In the unfortunate and unlikely event that a class has to be cancelled, we will always try and give you as much notice as we reasonably can.  Bookings cancelled or postponed due to the Covid19 pandemic restrictions and booked after 21.03.20 will be offered a choice of an alternative class or a gift voucher, but will not be entitled to a refund.  

5. Classes booked at any other time or cancelled for any other reason within the control of The Limpsfield Cookery School will be offered the choice of an alternative class or a refund. We will not be liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur. 

6. Our class descriptions are only a guide to course content. Amendments may be made at our discretion.  If you have any concerns or queries regarding a class, please telephone us before booking.

7. Please let us know if you have any food allergies – it is your responsibility to let us know of any allergies or intolerances. We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from not being informed in advance.

8. We do not allow customers to take video footage or film on any of our classes as it interferes with the running of the class.  Customers are permitted to take occasional still photographs to record their day, but are asked to be sensitive to the privacy and enjoyment of other participants.

Gift Vouchers 

1. Gift vouchers can be redeemed against dining events (excluding private dining) and cookery courses in our online shop at thelimpsfieldcookeryschool.co.uk.

2. They may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the voucher on payment of the difference.

3. If any item purchased with a voucher is subsequently exchanged for an item of a lower price or a refund, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the voucher.

4. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable. Gift vouchers will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.
   The Limpsfield Cookery School reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift vouchers at any time. This does not affect your legal rights.
